As the founder of Shine Transformation Consulting Services, I am deeply committed to creating spaces where women find hope, healing, and freedom. My journey, both personal and professional, has fueled my passion for supporting women in discovering their true selves and stepping into their full potential.
After spending over 12 years in a Fortune 500 company and completing an MBA, I chose a different path—one that is anchored in purpose and transformation. I became a certified John C. Maxwell Life & Leadership Coach and Facilitator, working alongside a global network of leaders dedicated to making a difference. But more than the titles and credentials, it’s the stories of real women who have found their way to clarity, courage, and strength that fuel my purpose.
I know the weight of balancing work deadlines, family responsibilities, and personal growth—all while feeling like you’re not enough. I've walked that road, and I understand the challenges firsthand. But I also know there is a better way, a way where you can rise above those challenges and SHINE every day.
Building on this mission, I recently founded the Shine Gathering for Women Foundation, a community-based organization that provides a safe and nurturing environment for women seeking hope, healing, and freedom.  Our monthly retreats is a place where women come together to support each other, share their stories, and find strength in community. It’s about creating a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and empowered to rise above her circumstances and live a life filled with purpose and joy.
As a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, I collaborate with women's groups through workshops and keynote speaking to drive equality and meaningful benefits for women, their families, and communities.
In my free time, I am an adventurous traveler, a public speaker, and actively involved in building life-changing communities such as Shine Gathering , volunteering in various capacities. (LinkedIn profile testimonials)
